Historic Motorsport

I don't just drive a car.
I drive a piece of history.

Since the age of twelve I've driven historic sports and racing cars on some of Europe's most famous circuits — from the Anneau du Rhin via Zandvoort and the Salzburgring to Le Mans.

Jaguar XK120 Hansgen Special

Built in the early 1950s out of American racer Walt Hansgen's ambition: a purpose-built tubular frame, hand-formed aluminium body, modified Jaguar XK engine. In 1953, Hansgen won the Sports Car Grand Prix of Watkins Glen with it.

Every time I sit in the cockpit, I feel the technical creativity, courage and passion of the people who built, raced and preserved it.

History, engineering and the feel of driving – united in one car.

Lister Maserati

Built by Brian Lister in the mid-1950s around a Maserati engine and gearbox: light, direct, full of character. In early June 2026 I got to test the Lister Maserati at a track day in Goodwood — and convince the racing team and owner of my driving abilities in the process.

Being trusted with a car like this at my age is a great mark of confidence — and a responsibility I meet with the utmost concentration.

Character. Rough edges. That's exactly what makes it special.

Jaguar XJ-S Clubsport

Known among enthusiasts in England as "Purple Ronnie". Introduced in 1975, the XJ-S was no classic roadster but a fast grand tourer with a character all its own. My example has been consistently developed for sporting use over the years.

I use it for track days, to build driving experience, and to share my enthusiasm for motorsport with others.

Not a museum piece. A car that gets driven.

Lenzerheide Motor Classics

Historic vehicles, motorsport history and a special atmosphere in the heart of the Graubünden mountains. I've already had the chance to drive several extraordinary cars there — including the Hansgen Special, the Jaguar XK120 "Bätsch Scherrer" and my XJ-S Clubsport.

As an ambassador, I carry this passion outward: getting people excited about historic cars and keeping motorsport history alive.

Goodwood Revival 2026

Goodwood isn't just a race.
It's a dream.

After successful test drives with the Lister Maserati, I was officially confirmed as a driver for the Goodwood Revival 2026 — one of the most prestigious historic motorsport events in the world.

The 2026 Revival is themed "La Dolce Vita" and puts Maserati center stage — 100 years after the brand's first major success at the Targa Florio. Getting to take the start with the Lister Maserati in this context makes my participation all the more meaningful to me.
